Ended up arriving later than what was expecting but called ahead and advised that we would be arriving late that night and they were very understanding had no issues there. This motel is a little bit outdated it is within driving distance of Clifton Hill and and the Falls. Only real complain would be that the other guests that were there seemed to be in a partying mood but due to the very thin walls and not very strong proof door you could hear all the voices and chatter for a most of the night. The room is some what outdated with some furniture as was the bathroom but was clean overall. This not a place for romantic getaway as what were hoping for instead its good enough to just spend the night and try to get some rest and spend the entire day out and about exploring the falls and the surroundings as well.

Pretty beat up place. The beds are decent. Service was good. Coffee, tea, and water for guests. Good for the price if you just want a decent bed.
