This s one of the best places you can stay in Kars, just the hotel it self worth seeing as it locates by the small local river surrounded by mountains providing beautiful views.

Great choice.. on the river with cay & coffee served with fire pits to keep you warm @ night.. no alcohol sold on site.. breakfast served from 7 ~ 10am... good enough to keep you going for the best part of a day.. having said that had to ask for milk and coffee cups.. & fruit juices every morning.. as it was never put out.. staff very accommodating... walking distance to the castle and most sites.. 15tl taxi ride to the restaurant’s.. Would I use the hotel again.. Yes 👍

Very good hotel
Overall a very good place to stay. The only downside is the location away from the city center, which requires transportation by car or taxi to get around to restaurants, etc.

Top Location and Great Staff
Really good location but a bit hard to find initially by car... Once we found it getting back there by car was easy. Used the hotel as a base and we went exploring and carpet shopping. The staff where excellent

The historic building, the location were unique. Very nice. Somehow the staff could make more of it. The restaurant could be a great place, however it only seems to be used for breakfasts - maybe because we were there during the low season.

Cok memnun kaldim. I really liked staying at this historical hotel. The restoration work is marvelous, and it's a very clean and comfortable place to stay. It's close to restaurants or stores, but still far enough away to be peaceful with a stream out in front. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Gorgeous place with the friendliest staff!
I arrived at this hotel on a saturday evening with a broken car. What I've found was a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting by the river, and a spotless clean spacious room. Moreover, the staff and the owner himself organized everything for my car to be fixed the same evening, all whilst comforting and feeding me. Cannot thank them enough!
