Pollina resort was a great spot for a family holiday. The resort is clean and well run, facilities are good, and rooms comfortable. Breakfast and the buffet dinner were very good. Catering after breakfast was very focused on the all inclusive guests with limited options for B&B guests - I recommend the short walk into Finale to Trattoria Aarhais for some excellent local seafood.

We found this property was a rip off. It was nice but not worth the price we paid. We paid 750$ a night on the Friday and we have NOTHING, no show, no kids club, no transfer service to the beach, and the list goes on... VERY disappointing... even the food at tthe buffer was mediocre for Italy...

Ottimo tutto, pulizia e servizio. Capitolo ristorazione: avendo cinque ristoranti pensavo fossero abbastanza per un breve soggiorno, non preferendo il buffet. Invece devo dire che pizzeria e ristoranti avevano prezzi decisamente esagerati (Margherita 14€) e pochissimi piatti. Siamo dovuti andare a Cefalù a cenare. Per il resto tutto ottimo (escluso il caffè… portatevi i pocket coffee)

Superbes vacances !
Très Beau complexe. Le parc est magnifiquement entretenu et permet de belles balades et de supers points de vue. Parking sécurisé sur place. De nombreuses terrasses ou transats répartis dans le parc pour se poser.La piscine très grande eau chaude et beaucoup de transat…bar à côté avec musique d’ambiance. Petit déjeuner très complet. Le buffet est bien garni et varié mais 30€ c’est trop cher…à ce prix vous vous faites un bon resto à Cefalu…nous avons testé 2 autres resto dans le complexe : une pizzeria et un spécialité sicilenne les 2 face à la mer : très bon et prix très correct (attention non inclu dans la demi pension donc si vous avez le choix ne prenez pas la demi pension car le prix du buffet payé sur place est le même que celui qui est inclu). La chambre est spacieuse mais peu meublée…manque table et chaises. Très propre le ménage est fait tous les jours. Équipe d’animation sur place et soirées organisées. Petit bémol à l’accueil où il faut souvent attendre et peu d’infos communiquées à l’arrivée. Sinon le reste du personnel est très serviable même le directeur tourne souvent et n’hésite pas à vous demander si vous avez besoin de qqch… Bref super séjour dans cet hôtel club
