Ocean Front Walk Apartment #45129

A beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo with phenomenal sit
down views of Mission Beach. This condo has been completely remodeled
in December 2013 and no expense has been spared from the stainless
steel kitchen appliances to the 55 inch Samsung high-definition TVs in
every room. Each room also has an Apple TV, a Blu-ray player and
cable. The master bedroom comes with one king bed and its own private
full bath, the second bedroom has two full beds and the couch turns
into a sleeper sofa.There is a second full bath in the hallway. The
unit comes with a new washer and dryer.

This amazing condo also has a private balcony and two tandem parking
spots in the garage.

Brand new air conditioning unit just installed for Summer 2017!

Please no pets and non smokers only! This unit does have a 7 night
minimum.
