Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown

My main issue with this hotel were the bathroom doors. It sounds minor, but they are sliding doors that don't lock and there is a gap between the wall and the door so you can hear *everything*. It doesn't afford much privacy. I wouldn't recommend it for a "romantic" getaway. I am actually surprised more people don't mention it in their reviews. The location was great. Walking distance to Bellevue Square, a short drive to the City Park, and it felt safe. We had a problem the first night with our thermostat that wouldn't turn on, but the maintenance man was very quick to fix it. Staff was overall friendly, but did not seem to care much about our complaints with the bathroom door. Reserved an hour at the pool and was told only 8 people allowed, but when we showed up there were 12 people. Parking is expensive ($29 a night?) but it did feel safe in the garage. Like some other people have said, we were under the impression that breakfast was included but it clearly wasn't and we weren't paying $9-19 for the "continental" offerings. There is a Wendy's within walking distance if you aren't snobby about that sort of thing. Overall, room was clean with a nice location and decent price. They just need to fix the bathroom doors so there is more privacy.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel but parking charge is way too much for self parking.

I would certainly stay here again. It was very nice, comfortable and clean. I stayed for two nights while my husband was at Overlake Hospital. I was able to walk to restaurants and to the mall as well as to the hospital.

I loved the design of the hotel and the rooms were really nice: high ceilings, good lighting, pleasing color palette/design materials, comfortable bed, clean, excellent shower with plenty of towels, in-room coffee, mini-fridge and microwave. My only complaints: the heating had been turned on to high/76 before my arrival so I was sweating when I entered the room and it took awhile to cool off; the towels were pretty rough & scratchy and could so with some fabric softener, and lastly, a family with an infant was put into the room right next to me, and I was awakened by crying 3-4 times during the 2nd night, even with earplugs in. I thought it was a strange choice by the hotel when their occupancy rate is so light during Covid, to put any guests in adjoining rooms at all, when they could have easily spaced us all out.....and especially to put a solo traveler in a room next to a family with young kids. Hotels should be more mindful of noise issues and put solo travelers/business travelers away from rooms booked with children etc.

Wonderful experience , Service is at its best . Loved staying in this Hotel. Only downside is the paid parking onsite.

Although I had to change rooms a few times, hotel staff made sure I was comfortable and were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to issues at hand. Made for an extremely enjoyable stay despite the hiccups. Thank you.

Clean and convenient with a helpful staff would go back

This hotel is beautiful, great location near shopping and great selection of restaurants. Sameeta at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Wonderfully hospitable, warm, professional and friendly. The room, however was dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed and surfaces had not been wiped down (finger prints on the mirrors, microwave, dirty night stand.)
