The rooms were very big and clean. The lobby area was not very charming, and the views from the room were not what I was hoping for whatsoever. When I called to change my room they said nothing else was available but I didn’t see more than 2 other couples the entire stay. It was a very comfortable bed but I think you can get better hotels for the price.

Curio Collecion Cartagena the worst experience
The hotel was terrible. Really torn down, not a great experience, plus the elevator doesnt work and didnt the A/C. It i well located but the service especially the waiters in their restaurants are horrible. we had a horrible experience were the chef didnt clean properly the fish we ate and we had a fishbone stuck in one of our famiy members and ended up in the hospital. when we confronted the hotel manager about the situation he said he wouldne be responidible for the hospital bill, imagine that! if you actually stay there, dont let the concierge choose a resstaurant for you because he will automatically give you a table in one of their restaurants which are terrible. its a cheap hotel, you should go stay at sofitel santa clara which is amazing and has the best breadkfast buffet in all cartagena.
