My room was spotless and very comfortable. Check in was fast and friendly. I had dinner at the restaurant where service was excellent and food delicious. The shuttle service was great but the large break in the middle of the afternoon was not convient at all. I had to wait quite a long time at the airport until the bus resumed. Would be great if the website posted the shuttle schedule.

Well, the place is very convenient, sort of. Very strict check in policy. I got there at 11 and they said I could not check in till 3. Ok, so I asked about lunch, they have a restaurant on site. Not open till 3. Not convenient. So I walked for 15 min to a nearby hotel that does have an open restaurant, which was very good. Oh, they did check my bag for free. So I get back at about 1pm. At 2:30 they let someone check in, so I again tried. They let me check in at 2:30. Great. Now for check out. At 11:30 I go to check out, I spend 15 min in line behind a college doc or club checking in. So when I finally get to check out I mentioned that I couldn’t check in until 2:30 but this club can check in early. Oh, yes they’re a company. So this strict rule is only for individuals. Nice way to build customer loyalty. Then there is the advertised shuttle to the airport. Oh, that only is available until 9:00 am and then starts again at 5:00 pm. So no shuttle if your flight is at 3pm. So beware,the place is nice but I won’t be going back.
