Property was great, staff were fantastic. Only complaint was the pillows were absolutely terrible. I ended up using a rolled up towel to sleep on for my stay.

The property was dirty with bird poop covering the windows. The headboard and fabric on the walls were covered in stains. Our Executive deluxe Seaview overlooks looked a bunch of warehouses and a mud beach. The bathrooms were not cleaned and they didn't even provide toilet paper. Overall the property is not at all as it was represented in the images. Not recommended unless they properly cleans thoroughly and make repairs

The property is very clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our connecting fly got delayed which resulted in our arrival a day late. We called and they were very gracious to hold our room and even approved late checkout. My family and I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay during a time of so many uncertainties.

This place is awesome! Especially if you want to escape the crazy beach areas. Much quieter and cheaper food locally but still close enough to hit the beaches. (this hotel offers free shuttles!) The pool is awesome and the overall condition of the hotel is good. The BEST part about this hotel is the staff! Super friendly, always eager to help, really made our stay amazing. Would highly recommend!

The property in itself is ok, it has a big pool and the rooms are fairly ok. The hotel is in a poor location though, not much around to do. However you made rent a bike from the hotel and ride to Patong.
