I could not check in as I arrived late While in the airport I saw the late check in policy and the note that they do not have a 24 hr reception This was in the fine print that I had missed earlier So I booked elsewhere

It's of as a transit stay. The first property of the group had a more friendly team. Found the front office team specially in the morning here very aloof and as though just doing their duty. Having been a long term client of Arra Suites since 2014, found this trip unsatisfactory. The management needs to note that their staff will make or break the hotel. At least front office staff be friendly.
