Postojna is a great location for daily trips in Slovenia. The hotel itself is within few hundred feet of one of Slovenia’s main landmarks, The Postojna Cave. The hotel is beautifully incorporated into the surroundings and has picturesque view of the local mountains and villages. The restaurant on site is also a very high quality. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go many extra miles to make sure the customers are happy and enjoying their visit.

A good stay at Postojna Cave Hotel. The few staff who were working worked hard. On arrival we were given a voucher for a free drink, but when checking what ‘free drink’ was available I was told Prosecco, house red or white wine or juice. Not exactly a drink of your choice! Very misleading!

Room with a view
A lovely stay for 2 nights. Great room on the top (5th) floor with a balcony. Our only issue was with the air conditioning which is centrally controlled and at its coldest didn't get below 23c during the night.

The hotel is nice, larger rooms, and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. After the park shuts down, there is not much to do in the area. Be prepared to drive for more dining options.
