Hotel was great. Clean and very covid friendly. However their fees to park your car was robbery. No reason at all to charge somebody $75 plus fees and taxes to park a car. $170 for 2 nights to park! They took advantage of me. It’s not even secured. It’s an alley way.

Poor
Very disappointed
Room was small. Bathroom was small. Pillows were lumpy. We only got one washcloth, 2 towels, and they do not replenish supplies for a multiple day stay, so we called to get more coffee and coffee cups (the front desk didnt have any) and were delivered the wrong items and 0 washcloths. Then we woke up to the smoke detector battery alarm beeping every 20 seconds on our one day to sleep in. Parking was $75 per night in a tight garage where it seemed the car parked within inches of me would hit my car upon getting into theirs. Thankfully I left first. The workers were nice but not knowledgeable. I now have multiple pending charges on my credit card that I hope go away as I did not purchase anything beyond parking. There are no vending machines and no food of any sort which includes when curfew went into effect at 6pm and all restaurants and stores closed. We were very hungry but could not get any food anywhere. Also, the shower had standing water which soaked our toiletries on the floor as the drain would not drain until 10 minutes after shower was over and the sink in the bathroom leaked. The coffee pot was on top of the safe such that if you hung any clothes in the closet you could not access the coffee.

This hotel sucks
Was not please at all. The hotel will nickel and dime you to death. $75 per night for parking, no valet. Then $27 per up charge for free happy hour which was only 30 mins. Even if you do not attend for cheap drinks. No dinning facility or bar open onsite. The staff were a bunch of smart ass. Best to stay somewhere else

Beautiful hotel
The hotel was very nice, very clean. The staff was very nice and I would definitely stay every time in in DC. I’m very particular about where I stay ans this was a top 2 for sure. The parking troubled me. It was $45 per night - no valet service due to Covid , and it was very creepy, had an awful stinch, and was a pain. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was paying for except to not have to get up at 7 and move my car from the street. I had to leave my keys at the front once I parked myself which seemed weird to me but oh well.

Hotel With Charm!
I have stay in a lot of hotels during my life and I have never experienced such an attentive staff. They took care of us like we were family. You know how scary an underground parking deck could be. They were kind enough to even walk out with us to make sure we were safe. A grand hotel with a lot of charm!

Softest Bed on Earth
We had an amazing time. They followed all the cdc recommended COVID-19 guidelines. The staff was extremely friendly. And we’re all great people to talk with. I loved that pets were able to come into the building. And the walls were thick enough that you couldn’t hear the people or animals on the next room. And the location was great as well. The bathroom was the best part. Nice and clean and the robes were soft. And don’t get me started on the feathered down long size bed. I will be returning within 2020.
