Después de 2 horas de búsqueda no lo encontramos
Ya he hecho una queja a Hotels.com sin recibir respuesta. La aplicación tiene mal dispuesta la ubicación y el hotel no se encuentra en la dirección que ofrece la web. Después de dos horas buscando el hotel, en una ciudad de más de un millón de habitantes, desistimos e hicimos otra reserva en otra web. A pesar de la reclamación y de no haber encontrado el hotel, Hotels.com ha hecho efectivo el cobro. Estamos realmente decepcionados por el servicio de Hotels.com.
