Quiet, super relaxing family stay
Used Hacienda Juanita as a base to explore Maricao and nearby towns. Property has beautiful trails, coffee groves and even two spectacular waterfalls. Highly recommended!

Very good stay
The stay was very good. The service of the employees was excellent. The fact that the rooms do not have air conditioning makes it a bit more uncomfortable when we live on a tropical island and temperatures sometimes reach over 100 degrees. It all depends on the time of year that you have the stay. I understand that the restaurant cannot be called that. Better to call it a cafeteria since they do not have a la carte food, only food that is already served early and without much variety. I clarify, the food and coffee are all very good.

Arrived to find grounds were ok, pool looked pretty decent. Checked out our room to find our mattress full of bugs!!!! Office staff was already gone by 7pm so I paid for a room that I definitely couldnt sleep in and had to sleep in my car. My husband slept outside on a pool chair because we both couldnt fit in the car. Horrible experience.We got up at 4am and left. Hoping someone reads this and I can at least get a partial refund if not a total refund, total waste of my money. We were so disappointed. I have pics of bugs if needed.
