Get a duster!
Bob is a nice host and the property is well equipped and in a good location with off street parking. But the property is tired and not clean and this lets it down massively and there is no excuse.

Human hair on the bedsheets Not just one or two...
It was in a disgusting condition where I couldn't stay for a minute, hence left. I am in the process of dispute for a refund

I booked one night through Expedia. Then I received a phone call from the owner explaining that they did not do one night bookings and I would have to book another night. The owner refused to cancel my booking and refused to give me anything in writing to help me claim back money through my credit card. After an argument on the phone the owner said he would let me stay for one night. Obviously I didn't want to, so now I'm just £90 out of pocket. Worst booking experience ever.

Nice comfortable flat in need of a little TLC. Very helpful host. Only access is via external fire escape which is tricky with luggage and not suitable for elderly/disabled. Good access point for seeing the Gower, not too far from anywhere. Good pub in the village and handy garage/shop on the corner. Off road parking.

Photos do not do justice to how huge the space is. The flat was the entire top floor with cathedral ceilings. Lovely view of the north gower from the windows. Very private and pleasant. Host was very personable and helpful. Thanks!

Lovely Apartment - I'd recommend
This is a lovely apartment and I enjoyed relaxing over a couple of days. Comfortable bed, lounge and nice bathroom. Kitchen functional but don't expect to whip up a banquet!
The apartment is light and well decorated.
I've given maximum ratings on this review. Is that fair? Well I would say yes because any issues I had, major or minor, Bob sorted out for me without delay. He's an excellent host and great guy. I didn't really probe for touristy stuff but I'm sure he would be very knowledgeable.
