We had a lovely night. Staff are an asset to the company. Park and camping was enjoyable. The showers each have there own instantaneous hot water systems which was fantastic to not have to readjusted the shower when other guests are showering. Breakfast was Fantastic. You do need to bring mosquito repellent and unfortunately we are very light sleepers and we could hear the freeway noise most of the night. On the whole a very enjoyable stay.We had the tents with 4 single beds, bed was a little hard and sheet and blanket was supplied which you had to make up the beds. No lighting in these tents so you need to bring a good bright torch. Shower / toilet block was a short walk. Our daughter had one of only two econ en-suite tents which are set up with a double bed and a bunk bed, the other en-suite tent had a double bed only.We ordered Pizza and they delivered it right to our tent.
general area was ok... but i understand why some people find the place hard to locate.................. beds in first 4 person tent were very hard ( and i really like a hard bed) .. other beds ( glamcamping) were much better, resort standard. facilities and the park itself were great for the kids.. food was of really good quality.. surprising actually ... fair selection of wine etc.... all staff were friendly and accommodating .. happy to be there ....
Staff are super friendly and helpful. More communication about facilities or lack of (ie no lighting in tents or tent area). Loved the after hours animal interaction
A good opportunity for people who born & live in city entire live to experience a farmstay. Truly great for kid edu about life in farm and family
Staff were friendly especially Daryl whom took the extra mile to help us find food for dinner !
It was a very good 1st time experience staying in a farm. My wife n myself have enjoyed the farm activities. Just remember to make dinner arrangement as they don't serve dinner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Duty Manager on my checkout day managed to find one of the staff to send us to the bus stop outside Wild n Wet :)). We will very impressed, well done !
The regular tents are relatively good - better than normal camping, since we had 4 soft beds off the ground, and electricity (needs own extension cable), plus the toilet block is better than one in a public camping site. If they had more eco tents available, we would have booked that. Quite good activities like feeding kangaroos, trying milking a cow for a short time, and performances. There are lots of Chinese tourists in the day time, mostly locals at night time. About half the time you're shaded and half the time under strong sun, so better have a hat. Negatives: They should sell mosquito repellent. Better remember to bring some.
love it so much, especially suitable for family eith kids
We did like the experience but reception was shut when we arrived, and as we had apparent;y mistakenly booked a tent without toilet/shower would have changed to the one next door which was vacant and had the ensuite but as reception was shut did not bother. We thought the on line booking system showed the tents with facilities but apparently our mistake. However it was still nice just we had expected the ensuite--still would book again. being first time to this area we did find signage to the facility hard to see on the main road--apparently a common comment even from the nearby chemist who gave us directions! The sign is brownish and hard to spot next to other facility/site signs. Still, a great place to visit/stay.
Nit so good for people coming from abroad. You have to ride on a car so that you can use use inside the area because one place to another is far. For instance from my to bathroom you have to walk 100 m, to restaurant 150 m or so.
