Overall good stay
It was a good stay. Room was spacious, and front desk service was great. Only comment is that the water pressure and water temperature fluctuates hugely when taking a shower. Hope the plumbing gets checked and fixed for future guests.

Hotel was perfect. Modern, clean, helpful staff, excellent view of Ipoh city and free parking on site. It is also within a 5 min drive to eating areas. The only thing that the hotel can’t seem to solve is the water pressure on the 10th floor and the hot water. It fluctuates between low and high pressure and the water is at most lukewarm.

Not recommended at all
Photos look good, but the actual property is rundown. Spider webs along the hallway. Hair on toilet floor. Wall paint poorly done. I spent my NYE there and there was nowhere in the hotel for countdown, no bar and no alcohol allowed in public places. I asked room service for a wine opener and they asked me to bring the wine downstairs to the restaurant to uncork.
