Really small room
Really tiny room with no place to put luggage or really anything else. No place to sit or put clothes. Can’t open windows for fresh air; they were all taped shut. Lots of noise from the street at all hours of the night. Nice bathroom amenity kit, but pack your own conditioner. Slippers, large safe, tiny fridge (that wasn’t cleaned out from previous occupants). The lighting in the bathroom was much too dark, even with the lighted mirror, but this is a common problem in most hotels. It doesn’t seem to occur to hotel room designers that you might actually want to *see* yourself in the bathroom mirror. Overall, the room condition wasn’t great; it was definitely starting to look old and worn. The floors were quite dirty. The location was great in terms of proximity to bars and restaurants, but for the price, there might be nicer properties in the area.

Access is easy to the city. It is not in Chinatown so the areas surround us are clean. There is a bus that stops by right in front of the hotel is you are courageous to hop in one, make sure you reach your hand out to make the bus stop for you. Hotel itself was okay. Elevator interior and all interior needed a little bit of a retouch Room- Since it didn’t have a window it felt dark and you don’t know what’s going on outside. The doors/walls are a little slim so if there are loud people in the hall you can hear them speaking and a bit more, if you know what I mean. First day trouble The show head holder broke and the maintenance people were not able to come in until 3 days later😐 glad there was the rain shower if I would have had to hold the shower head the entire time. The water pressure for that was good Warm water- Scalding at times but it runs to like warm soon. If you enjoy long hot showers it may not be the place for you. Smell- A but of a smell when first getting there because without the window there is no flow of air. Light- Room was generally darker than usual. I would not recommended staying a day in the hotel as it’s hard to relax since it feels enclosed. Water server in the hall A/C in the hall was blistering cold. In November it is still humid so it was nice to come back to. Area- it’s safe and there is a card key you need to get in if it’s late. It seems like there is always someone at the front desk.

Would have been a great place but to each room has a couple of motion sensors to control the electricity. These sensors beep every single time you move which makes it so annoying when you are in the room. They sound like a low battery beep for fire alarms. The hotel staff keeps telling me this is normally. So if you are sensitive to sound, do NOT book this hotel!
