The hotel is rated five stars, but I think it deserves only four stars, the most prominent negatives of the hotel The reception staff are not completely trained and do not have any experience even in dealing with the system as the employee could not reach my reservation through Expedia and told me that there was no reservation until the hotel manager came and solved the problem. There are no health precautions and no compliance with COVID-19 prevention measures in the breakfast buffet, it is assumed that the buffet is canceled and breakfast served in the rooms.
