Since there was no front desk, the check-in info was sent via email. The room was fine but early morning, the power went out. We could not use the shower (no hot water), lights or any of the appliances. Since there was no front desk, there was no communication on how long the power outage would potentially last. After an hour of no power, the room got too cold for us to stay any longer and we had to leave.
Also, guests above our room arrived late and since there is not much insulation in the ceiling, we could hear everything! Not a very restful night and morning.
