The bartender was slow and rude waiting for 20mins to get a drink. When we finally talk to someone they didn't seem to care about providing service to us. So we left without getting service.

Loved the bungalows and grounds. Lots of plantings and a lovely pool and deck area. Very relaxing. It was very nice to have access to so many great tours and the staff and guides were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great restaurant.

The only complaint I have is that I contacted the hotel, prior to coming, as we were there with a tour a day before this booking. I wanted to ensure we wouldn't have to move rooms for a night. Initially we were told they couldn't accommodate this. The day we arrived we were told we could stay where we were and then the next day we had to change rooms. I was also happy I had printed the booking as we were told we had only booked one room when we had booked two. Upon this proof we were accomodated.

Everything was great at Shearwater. The staff is amazing! They booked some off site things for us, getting rides was easy, and the area is decent. Shearwater is pristine. Stay there.
