Stayed here last August and was a great location. Down fall below party floor. This year lovely and quiet. Did to consider that not every group is a party group. We just want to have a lovely peaceful time and a place to all rest together and chat. Us older ones like that too. But don't have to listen to boom boom boom like last year.

A fun hotel + things I wish I knew beforehand
We were unaware this was a "party hotel" however it only added to the experience. The check in buzz was great. Due to my diet restrictions I needed a fridge to store own food. Apparently this should be requested & paid for in advance however staff were so helpful & allowed me to store it in the bar fridge. Our room had a large hot tub with a rainfall shower over head. No shower curtain whatsoever. I looked great but be sure to place a towel on the floor as it does spill out. Also the tub wall was high so short-arses like myself need to be able to confidently climb in & out, there are no accessible hand rails. Lighting was way too dark applying make-up. I don't recall the hotel providing hair conditioner. Also the temperature was cold & thermostat confusing. If you ask at the desk someone will come and show you how to use. Plug sockets were not convenient for the kettle so some jiggery-pokery required there. Hotel is straddled by two busy roads, they can't help the noise outside but when someone out there screams, you hear it good and loud. Thankfully it wasn't too frequent. All this said, our party of three in the room were there for a hen night and the style and vibe of the hotel kicked off a great start to our weekend. Word of warning, the underground parking is a very tight squeeze, don't even try and park a large or long car down there and if you do, please be mindful of blocking in others. Charge is £15 per 24 hours OR £10 if you validate your ticket upon leaving.
