We had a great stay. A couple of hiccups with the ac not working and the automatic sensor malfunctioning. But the mechanic that came to repair both issues was very friendly and efficient. Both issues were solved in under 15min and we were back to relaxing quickly!

First day our room was sooo hot maintenance (real nice guy) bought a fan up to our room. our power kept goin out and called front desk they told us how to fix it. we had to keep fixing it. we try to stick it out. was so hot. my kids n I were sweating. i ddnt want to have to repack our stuff.. I finally call front to be moved. they moved us to the 2nd floor, there were empty bottle waters on the floor, candy wrappers n the drawers n the little table by the couch was broken in half. garbage between the sides of the beds, when we tried to pull out the sofa bed they was garbage and a comb with crumbs. it look like it havent been pulled out to be cleaned.. I ddnt want to have my kids sleep there so we squezzed them n the bwd with us. i ddnt want to have to ask to m9ve rooms and they said house keepin was limited, thats why i ddnt call fd or hk... But at least the ac worked. on the positive end front desk was very nice the ladies in cleaning the rooms on the 2nd floor were helpful.

Due to COVID we understood there would be less accommodation but even the basic accommodations were lacking like no regular creamer for coffee and morning breakfast bag ran out our second day. Could have provided something other than banana, granola bar, yogurt and a water. Room was facing freeway which was noisy. First night we arrived there were ants in bathroom.

Fantastic place and excpetional service.
Ideally during my stay in SF I wanted to stay closer to downtown but nothing that I was looking for was available maybe because of July 4th weekend. This Marriott though was exceptional not only because it was in a pretty good suburban area, but also the service. I had a late flight on my checkout day and after offering to pay for a very late checkout, Stacy the Asst Mananger was very polite, professional, and accomodating my not only extending my checkout from noon to 6pm, but free of charge. This defines exceptional customer service. I travel a lot and it's the little things like this that stand out. Also shout out to Manny, and the entire team...don't hesitate to stay here, very clean as well. Even though the pool was limited to 30 min times due to Covid which was a tease during the nice sunny weather, they could've chosen to close it altogehether which they didn't. 5 stars and 100% top notch service!

Great stay
Great one-night stay. Clean, modern lobby and room. Friendly staff. Very complete hot breakfast, with eggs, fruit, breads, cereal, waffles, and tons of coffee. Bonus points for using a shower controller with text and colors to show on/off and hot/cold (directions missing on most new controllers) so I didn't have to fumble and guess while half asleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel!!
Wonderful experience from the rooms, to the breakfast, to the pool and volleyball/basketball courts. We enjoyed how big and comfortable our room was. We’ll definitely be back in May for our next tournament. Only negative was the bed. I woke up every night with my back throbbing. Not comfortable at all but other than that, it was a amazing stay.
