Torre Lucerna Hotel Ensenada

Really nice hotel with an amazing beach view! No complaints here!

Hotel is quite clean and in fairly new condition. Front service upon arrival was great; Alejandro was courteous and professional. Room was a bit small but clean and has a unique design. It was however not quite functional: balcony has no screen door, shower's water pressure is weak, mattress is not comfortable as in other hotels we have been. We ordered room service 2 times. Order takers are not trained property, 2nd order was completely wrong, food was alright.

Loved my stay, but the only thing I would prefer is a shower with more pressure, but other than that everything was fabulous!

The hotel is beautiful, the architecture and interior decor was amazing. We pulled up and they have free valet parking available (tip not included). Because of covid-19 we had our temperature checked at the entrance. Once inside we were checked in, the girl at the front counter was pleasant but short did not provide any information about the hotel such as restaurant, bars, pool, or anything else. Because of Covid the bars were closed and could only have drinks if you ate at the restaurants. The room was nice and simple, nothing to crazy. I did not like the room did not have a fridge, microwave of a simple coffee and few stand. If you want coffee you have to order it via room service at a charge. So based on this experience I wouldn’t stay here again. But would give it a second chance after covid.

Great hotel but wish I had booked an ocean view because the Mountain View was on the street and noisy

Dislikes; The room that was facing the mountains are not really facing the mountains - The room is facing a busy street and house across the Hwy then you can see the mountains (if you are facing the Hwy you will not be able to sleep that good (to much noise). No phone in my room to include a coffee pot. Service at the front desk "Terrible" after asking the front desk to see if I can change my room no reply back (even after they told me that their was empty rooms. Do not order Pizza's at the restaurant they are "Terrible" I spend the weekend from Friday till Sunday. Again after I asked to be moved to a Beach front 3 times, did not get a reply back, on Saturday even after the front desk ask me that it would be possible. Positive; the room was clean, shower really good.

spend our new years eve at the hotel listening to the pianist that did an amazing job, staff are very polite, food is good, we had dinner at Sanos steak house just right next to the hotel, will totally go back again, Hotel has a very modern design which is beautiful.

Hotel it’s nice and quit, over all the all arrea us clean nice rooms good tv cable .. I recommend you guys DON’T leave cash money or any money on the tables because is going to desappear

The only problem was the COVID 19 lockdown which didn’t allow the use of amenities like pool and workout room etc. it also impacted the food service choices. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Everything was great. The comforter was stained, it should of been replaced or washed.
