Amazing
The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bath tub was massive. The staff were friendly, but a little pushy. Almost everyone ee spoke to asked us why we were only staying one night (even though we were flying out the next day). Regardless, the food at Red Bean restaurant was to die for and I can't reccomend the four hand massage as the spa enough.

A lovely hotel with such helpful staff and delicious food in the Red Bean restaurant (didn't try the other). We had a great time during our stay, but unfortunately the area flooded meaning we had to leave a day early. The reception staff were amazing, organising a boat and bus to take us into Da Nang, refunding our last night and arranging with tailors to drop off our clothes at the shuttle bus as were weren't able to make it into town to collect them (whilst doing the same for every other guest too!) Floods aside, the hotel isn't far from the ancient town and you can also borrow bikes free of charge from the hotel.
