The stay was fine but we booked a room in the Aloft hotel and we were given a room in the Element hotel which is more like an extended stay kind of place. It was nice and clean and everything. Just wish they would have been upfront about it. The entire Aloft hotel is closed right now but it worked out fine.

Extremely clean. The breakfast bag was oddly sparse (might as well not have a breakfast) and there were no coffee ingredients in the room (although there was a coffee machine, which was odd), which is why this isn't 5 stars. But the cleanliness was impressive. Everything was spotless. Would definitely recommend for those who need to travel during Covid.

Great value, rebooked again for another stay later
Was a bit confused when the lobby doors were closed on arrival for check-in. Directed to the Element just across the street for check-in and they were very helpful. The room was pristine and quiet, very happy with the bed and comfy sheets. Booked the hotel again for a stay at a later date. My only wish is that they didn't charge for parking, it should be included with the stay. At $12/day it feels like just an extra cash grab on top of things

Used toothbrush in room
Used toothbrush left in the bathroom of my room during a pandemic. Really not sure how this is anywhere near acceptable. Over half of your hotel is vacant and you put me next door to a large family and my room has a dirty toothbrush on it. What if that toothbrush was used by someone carrying coronavirus? Need a place to stay for a while in a month but won’t be coming back here unless this is made right
