The room was clean and the staff are very professional with smile to greeted us when we check in. Overall is good and definitely will come again for our next stay cation

The staff were courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. As we were celebrating the birthday of 2 family members, the staff gifted us 2 delicious cakes with a nice card. We booked a deluxe apartment. The rooms had a nice sea view and a modern, spacious interior. We were sad to leave and will definitely rebook for future family staycations.

Room is a little small - the pictures on the website made the room looked bigger than it was. Bathroom was cramped; with the shower area, WC & sink area sitting in a confined square space — not sure it’s because we were given a corner room. Bed was comfortable. Ask for higher than level 10, felt that there was not much to look at as Harbour/Sea view blocked by buildings. Location of hotel gives access to many places such as Chinatown or even MBS area with a little walking. Loved that there are plenty of places to explore and eat at : Amoy Street , Telok Ayer St and the wondrous eateries everywhere. Service was brisk and forgettable. On check-in, found a vodka bottle not belonging to us and an expired body lotion in August 2020. Room was well equipped with toaster ,cutlery and microwave.

Perfect experience, with supportive service staff who tried their best to provide a seamless check-in despite the crowd. Nice infinity pool with daybeds to chill on.

Check in didnt take long, staff were very accomodating! Pool view was okay, but location is very nice in the heart of CBD, within walking distance to restaurants in Telok Ayer/Tanjong Pagar. They were very generous with check out timings as well (since there was availability). Will definitely come back!

Likes -- apartment is very well equipped with kitchen appliances. Mattresses are very comfortable. Dislike -- the concierge service staff was rude. Instead of making us welcomed, instead he asked if we were delivery people just because we were carrying items in plastic bags. Instead of apologizing when he knew we wanted to check in, he rudely pointed us to sit at the couch to complete our details. This customer treatment is highly unacceptable. We did not feel welcomed at all. That was a bad start to our stay.

Clean, comfy bed and pillow. Easy check in and check out. Room looks in great condition. Everything was perfect except the housekeeping ring our doorbell a few times at 10am plus which disturb our sleep. Other then that, it was a perfect gateaway.

The environment is great.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and well stocked. Cutleries, utensils and glasses were available for all types of drinks. Huge fridge was helpful in storing our cold drinks. Short walk from Duxton/Tanjong Pagar area. Very comfortable bath robes. TV unable to connect with iPhones which was a downer. Bathtub and bed had some dirt and hair on it which was a bit off putting.
