    The grounds of the property was beautiful and well kept. The room had a nice view and the staff were excellent. Really great location in Rodney Bay, walking distance to jump up and a shopping plaza. Also great selection of music playing in the halls and great live entertainment with steel pan and band.

    I truly enjoyed my stay at the Harbor Club hotel. The property and staff members were amazing! The only negative is the lack of a free shuttle to the Reduit Beach. Its a very long walk around the harbour to get to this beach. The ferry shuttle to Pigeon beach was nice but over priced at $18 USD.

    The pools were very nice and the staff were friendly. Gym and breakfasts were very good. However, there were cash charges for some tour services that were clearly and publicly identified as being complementary. Also, the departure airport transport transfer was supposed to be an air conditioned car but ended up being a very warm and very large van.

    The staff around the pool had attitude problems and the service was poor. The food did not live up to expectations as the menu did not clarify that some meals were subject to local shortages. The management was virtually non-existant if you had a a complaint. I would not go back. The maid for our room was a breath of fresh air, as were the breakfast staff. We stayed for 3 weeks. I will be filing a complaint with Hilton direct .
