Good for a day or two - quick break
Room wasn’t spacious and good. Located in the middle of busy area and no one has an idea that this hotel even exists. We struggled to get there because no one knew where to take us. Kitchen staff are really sweet and guys at reception are okay. Being in Bangalore no one understands any of the languages properly. Struggled with communication. The key card had to be activated every day morning and evening. Breakfast options are same and taste is just okay. Buffet in evening is bit pricey as ther is not much to choose from. And girls in reception - not happy with their service. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes just to do the checkout. Even after me informing that my taxi is waiting outside, they made me wait for 10 minutes just to give 1500 rupees change. Totally not happy! If I had not already booked another stay over weekend, I would never go back to that place. She was fine with not giving me back my change, and she did not hesitate to email me when she realised that she had paid me more! Very slow reacting, not friendly and work at their own pace. There were 2 other people waiting behind me. But guys at reception, kudos to their friendly behaviour, as when we returned late from some where and Did not have change to pay the auto guy, they lent us some money. Everything was good, except the reception service from those girls. There were acting as if they were doing me a favour. I jus left as I couldn’t wait anymore for their drama!
