Moderne hotel with a View
Fantastic, very new property with well designed room decor and furnishings. Above noise of dock and village center, but only 5-minute walk away. Great views! Rooms equipped with kitchen appliances and tools, so can prepare meals, if desired. Small pool, very well maintained. Half dozen beaches on all sides of Terre-de-Haut within 15 minute walk. Friendly and helpful owner/manager speaks enough English to solve your problems, if your French is weak or non-existent. Definitely would go back!!!

Excellent location with lovely views over town and of the bay. Very comfortable and spacious room. Center of town is very easily walkable from the hotel.

very rude host
On arrival I was told me check out at 10 am. When i showed my reservation from 3 months ago showing check out at 11 am, she started screaming at me that i must leave at 10. Read house rules book found in dresser. Some of highlights: check out at 11 am. no alcohol purchased outside. extensive price list of all furnishings, wine, dishes, glasses, etc. each coffee pod costs 2.5 euro. this is all you need to know how expensive furnishings and mini bar. No cleaning during your stay. You have to clean kitchen yourself and if they dont like how kitchen is cleaned they charge 35 euros. view of harbor they show is mostly from balcony. nearest beach is 20 minute walk but anything nice is 45 minutes uphill walk. room safe is not attached to anything. Just break glass door and take safe. there is no security. while door to grounds is locked and you need code, anyone can just open door from outside as you can put hand thru the gate. Make pictures of everything so they dont blame you for broken furnishings. No idea how you prove Visa that you did not break or steal anything if this place decides to hold 300 euros deposit. We got 2 tiny pillows, no water after one shower. blankets are being used by guests and not properly protected. Manager speaks no English. You will hear loud scooters 24/7. I got very sick during my stay and sent multiple emails asking for late check out. No answer. After i asked local restaurant to contact her she allowed 2 hours for 30 euros. many empty rooms

Le propriétaire des lieu est très accueillant et disponible, pour cela il n'y a rien à redire Concernant la chambre, petit coin cuisine pratique et literie confortable; il est toutefois très derangeant d'avoir un passage constant devant la terrasse de sa chambre :aucune intimité ! (Un peu cher la nuit...230e à mon passage en Aout)
