Really nice, definitely recommend requesting the stable room with the fireplace-style heater -- it made for a nice, cozy ambiance. Staff was nice, dinner and breakfast were yummy!

Disappointing Service
We arrived after 4pm and our room wasn't ready. We were offered a free drink while we waited though. The car parking arrangements are to basically find a spot on the road outside where there aren't double yellow lines. The room itself was nice enough and the wifi connection worked well. As we needed to leave at 6am and breakfast wasn't to be served until 8am we were told that a Continental breakfast would be waiting for us. Unfortunately in the morning there was no breakfast and nobody around to ask about it (reception was itself closed). Overall quite disappointing.

The staff were excellent, extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much bother and they seemed genuinely pleased to be of service. Breakfast was very good, there were 4 of us in our group and we all had something different each morning but they were all delivered to our table together and perfectly cooked. We had an evening dinner in the hotel and again all were perfectly fresh and delicious, I would thoroughly recommend the mussels.
