Okay for the price
I've stayed in 2 rooms in different floor, both rooms without window, so there is no fresh air in room. Maybe too much guest there, so in the morning shower room is clean after house keeper clean it, but after few hours till next morning, floor always wet and slippery.

Very good 8.0
Nice stay in Lisbon
The man who was staff on the first and second day was amazing. Shame I didn't catch his name. He was really friendly and welcoming. The staff on my last evening was not as good and was not welcoming and made me feel awkward in communal areas. There is limited communal areas to soclaise compared to other hostels. The toilets are set up as bathrooms rather than a group of toilets and a shower block which can make the diffcult to use. Over all I really enjoyed my staff was close to all the local area, close to a supermarket and metro. Really enjoyed my time there.

Exceptional 10.0
Great staff and community
I was traveling alone in Lisbon for 5 nights 6 days. The staff members were amazing. Ian, Deborah, and Diana were so helpful and welcoming that I couldn't have asked for more to feel at home! They were also very knowledgeable about the area and the main sights to see, along with how to get there. They made this trip so enjoyable and easy for me to navigate. The hostel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. They offer free ear plugs to help you not be disturbed by the noise in the shared room. All rooms have lockers, and some rooms also have a cabinet which are not lockable. The hostel had great options for socializing areas, especially the balcony. The balcony has a big table, which is fantastic for gathering and sharing food and drinks. I would highly recommend this hostel for all types of travelers!

Poor 2.0
The atmosphere is horrible. The guy that stays in the reception during the night is quite nice, but the woman that stays in the morning and afternoon is very impolite. I saw cleaning staff looking at thrash cans guests had and telling gossips about who was doing what. There's hardly any hot water in the showers.

Poor 2.0
The woman that stays in the morning is very impolite. I literally saw cleaning staff searching guests trash and making comments between them. Hot water is scarce.
