Not the best
The location is great, short distance to everything and feels safe. The "free parking available" is totally misleading. The apartment is on a pedestrian street and parking is in the streets around if you can find a place to squeeze in somewhere. Not easy. So you may end up quite far away from the entrance. The room is good looking and has reasonable amenities, however, the smell of sewage in the bathroom was pronounced and really got to us. We also found the room quite cold (late October) with no ability to warm it up. There were some other minor improvements I can think of, but these were the main issues.

Very convenient location and free parking was key (although you may need to drive around till you find one, we were pretty lucky. Also, washroom shower door can be pulled out to function as washroom door (doesnt always stick though). The curtain as the privacy barrier is a bit weird, but might be deal breaker for some.

Rooms were nice and modern, communication was great and we could check out an hour later than advertised. One of the rooms had a bit of a damp smell, but could have just been lack of use over COVID. Didn't detract too much.
