Everything was perfect. We will be their guest again. But there was something that amase me. The check out is at 12 am, ok, but they also want not to use their swimming pool and SPA after that. At all other hotels, they permit to stay and use their facilities, even after chek out the room till the end of the day, but here not. They want to pay another 30 leva to use the SPA, and we didn't like this politics.

Don’t stay here.
Worst hotel in our 10 days in Bulgaria. The staff not helpful and the manager was to busy to meet with us when we had a problem. Food at dinner was good, but service was terrible. Breakfast was fine as long as you stuck to the cold items.

The property has perfect location, couple hundred meters away from the central city streets , just next to the gallery of Vladimir Dimitrov - the master . Guarded parking lot, nice rooms and good breakfast , that includes even sparkling wine ( which could be better brand than the offered one) , the pool is big and te spa is very good too.. If you are there to hike and discover the mountains and places around Kyustendil like us, the SPA after a long day is a great pleasure
