The hotel is in a good area. It's walking distance to Southbank but far enough away to be quiet. The room were clean and well designed and the front office staff were excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay away in the City over the weekend at Novotel. Friendly staff, room with everything we needed and great access to Southbank and public transport. Breakfast was great in the restaurant but would have liked to have dinner there but time didn't permit. Awesome weekend.

The service from staff was excellent, value for money was less that satisfactory. I had to pay for parking a block away & it was pouring rain. We paid for a room with city views which basically was a quarter of the city, and the breakfast included was a quarter of what you would normally expect from a hotel breakfast. Overall I would give our experience this weekend a 2 out of 5.
