Great family ski base
The Arlberg is perfectly located for a family trip to the snow. The staff are friendly and helpful, there were food and drinks options for all the family and the communal areas were welcoming. Prices were typical of a ski resort, our room size was reflective of the low budget option we chose and there was no facility to charge food & drink back to the room.

Ambivalent service, dirty rooms. Good spot.
The location is fantastic and the staff are friendly if somewhat ambivalent. The waitstaff in the hotel restaurant don’t really know their menu and their attitude in general is rather ‘meh, whatever’. The buffet breakfast is very limited as is the dinner menu. The room was not clean and there was used soap in the shower with hair on it and something in the toilet (despite having a paper seal claiming it had been cleaned). But, if you’re happy to disregard that it’s in a great spot.

Run down rooms old doors unpainted / toilet broken ( had to hit the side of it to stop it from running) household coffee machine included in breakfast with continuous issues and crap coffee, had to ask for more food ie fruit/lactose free bread on continental buffet Chairs stools in bar area falling apart and unstirdy
