Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town. Room was quiet but just outside the hotel were an abundance of shops and restaurants. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent with omelettes provided on demand. Very helpful staff.

FORUM es un hotel nuevo en pleno centro de la ciudad amurallada de Alcudia. Está literalmente en la plaza central del pueblo, pero justo en una esquina muy tranquila. What makes this property special are the little extras they provide and the attention to details. Like the freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning or one of the most delicious cakes served in the morning. Most places don't understand that this is what makes a hotel special, but the Forum does. Diego and Damia went out of their way to make our stay special. We were there for the Cycling and it was always nice to come back to the hotel so inviting. Rooms were gorgeous and with a staff so friendly we would happily return.

Unique boutique hotel. Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and Diego is an EXCEPTIONAL host. He took ample time explaining the property, showed us our room, where to park, local attractions on the map, and so forth. I made a mistake and cancelled my reservation because Google maps said the hotel was 11 hours from the Palma airport, but I was looking at WALKING DIRECTIONS!!!! It is only a 45 minute drive. Diego worked with the host at the prior hotel I was checking out of to hold my room for me. Breakfast is deluxe, all amenities superior, but it is Diego who made the stay over the top special.
