The manager at the front desk was trying to find an angle to make more money. Including trying to add mark up on top of a travel agent's markup to book train tickets. Room surfaces needed to be wiped down. Breakfast was good.

Bogus hotel.com site totally cheater
I have booked online through hotels.com and visited to hotel on 17th Feb. as per my booking I have booked double deluxe room with separate sitting area, but not fit as per booking, as per my booking packed drinking water is free, but I have received only 3 Half litre bottles at the time of enterance, after that I had paid for water bottles, after sending e-mail to hotel.com no single response will be received, I had paid full payment on 19th Feb. 2019 including GST charges and still waiting for the receipt of the payment. Staff is well mannered and good, in hotel my washroom door locked is jammed but no one repaired at the time of stay. I am recommended to any one for this hotel and this hotel.com site also.
