No cleanliness. Demanded payment upon check-in. When I wanted to pay by credit card, said there would be 5% additional charge on the amount. When I asked a bill, said 18% GST would be applicable, could not give me breakup of the charges. In short, trying to take payment in cash only to avoid payment of taxes.
