There was no non smoking room, all rooms had ash tray, but board in recpetion said nonsmoking room.had no hot water and we were not informed about that at all until, ready for bath in bathroom, terrible. Room phone wan not working .

Disons que les photos ont été prises par un professionnel il y a un certain temps. Actuellement , c'est un peu defraichi. Les planchers sont sale en général . Le plancher de notre salle de bain avait une pente inversée , donc toujours plein d'eau. Les pigeons aiment beaucoup l'endroit , donc la rampe du balcon extérieur menant aux chambres du dernier étage était couvert de fientes. On a eu vraiment l'impression de déranger le personnel à la réception à notre arrivée . Processus long où on doit emplir des fiches garochees sans explication . Ceux du lendemain matin étaient par contre sympathiques. Personne n'avait penser à vérifier l'alimentation en eau du chauffe eau sur le toit . J'ai donc dû sortir de la douche , me rhabiller , et descendre à la réception à 23 hres pour me faire dire qu'il fallait tourner la poignée vers la gauche. Après leur avoir fait comprendre que ce n'était pas ma première douche à vie , ils sont montés sur le toit ouvrir la valve de remplissage. Bien sûr , après être venus vérifier mes dires dans la chambre , même si j'avais spécifié que le problème n'était pas que l'eau était froide , mais bien qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau au robinet chaud . Finalement il n'y a rien d'intéressant alentour. On doit toujours prendre un tuktuk . J'ai réservé avec un tarif à rabais , et c'était quand même trop cher. Réservez donc dans le quartier Pink city .
