Stayed at this location 6 nights during the summer 2019. Great location and great room. We would look to stay here again. Seemed very safe. It is not a normal hotel, but there is someone there 24/7. On a quiet street very close to metro stop. When we arrived, the person on duty met us, looked us up, and showed us to our room. The building is older, but the rooms were sufficiently updated and very clean. We had the room with 3 individual beds. See https://youtu.be/mdmZrh2zcwA for details. The room had stairs between beds and bathroom. No soap or shampoo or iron or security safe. Had the breakfast one time and it was great. I wasn't charged any additional fees at the time of checking in or out.

Great Find In Central Madrid
Great place to stay in Madrid. Clean, comfortable, roomy, a/c. breakfast, very nice bathroom. Downside - no elevator and my companion suffered a fall on the slippery stairs.

Florina is very rude.
Overall the stay was great. There’s no 24 hour reception which is fine. However, the young lady that sits there on the sofa to open the door for you is very rude during out of hours- she goes by the name of Florina (not so sure if this is her real name as she was very hesitant to give her name; she was on duty on Sunday before 1pm). If it wasn’t for the pleasantness of the other staff members and the actual desk lady/receptionist herself, I would have given a very poor review for this place because of this specific person. But everyone else was lovely and the place is central and clean.
