The hotel Manager said that we have NO BOOKING for us.The hotel Manager said that they never received any mail or electronic mail from Expedia for our reservation. We had to go to another hotel and we had to pay $45,It was very inconvenient.

most horrible hotel I ever visited in my life.Rooms have no windows nothing it is difficult for you to know about sunlight outside total dark rooms.Wall papers are coming out . Due to some electrical fault after every 10 minutes lift stops working.In breakfast u will get only tea or smelling poories bread with no butter.I am unable to understand how people react on complimentary breakfast.If someone complaints reception people say you dont know this is chairman hotel Pleas do not suugest this hotel to anyone

Maybe there is somewhere better in Chitrakoot ...m
It’s difficult to give an appropriate response about the Bindiram. On arriving with a reservation we were told they had no rooms available. On actually producing our reservation it then took then half an hour ( my friend timed it) to book us in. The room looked reasonable if a bit unfinished - the hotel itself is relatively new we had some friends who came separately from us in a large group. Some had booked single rooms but found they had to share.our room was cleaned quite welll. Note however that the WiFi is only available in reception and the dining room not in the bedrooms.The restaurant had a good menu but a cockroach seen on the floor did not appeal. On leaving the hotel it took them a long time to check us out. I have stayed in worse in India and I have stayed in better. I have been told it is one of the better places to stay in Chitrakoot and that may well be the case. It is difficult to assess it, the front desk really needs someone with experience to be in charge. We had a room at the front of the building every morning from about4.30for 2 hours we, and our friends at the hotel were woken by loud music (possibly religious?) being played by workmen nearby. This was not the hotels fault though possibly they should have h maybe they did?} request that they stop. It did not make for a good nights sleep.
