Appalling Service and Complete Lack of Sympathy
We booked this hotel a number of weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were told that they did not have our booking despite us showing two different confirmations of the booking on the correct dates via an email and confirmation in the Expedia app. They made us feel like this was completely our fault and after making us wait for 45 minutes, they offered us no solution at all. We then had to trek around the island trying to find somewhere to stay at great expense and difficulty, since everywhere was booked up due to Independence Day. It is a blessing in disguise we were unable to stay here - the pictures were completely inaccurate - the pool was empty and broken, and there was building work going on all over the site. All of this did not come close to justifying the price they charge to stay here. Being made to feel like all this was completely our fault and leaving us completely without a solution should surely warrant a full refund of any expenses this cost us.
