Well, I was to stay there for 1 day and then after a break of a day, for another 3 days. I left all my luggage there when I checked out, but when I came back, I was told they don't have any rooms!! They knew I am coming back and I had a reservation paid for through Orbitz. That is why they kept my luggage. I had to suddenly find another hotel to stay in. Can't begin to describe my disappointment and troubles I had to go through to lug my luggage, find transportation, rebook. Is Orbitz going to take any responsibility and make up for this somehow? In future how confident can I be to travel international if this is the situation? I got several emails that the property is not honoring the booking, but when I call Orbitz, I am told,, no problem, everything is fine. Just drove me nuts.
