NOISY EXPLODING DOORS!!
This place is so underwhelming. I paid for an executive suite with sea view but all I was given was a room facing the main road. The recep did not attempt to move me to a better room even when I asked, just said they will let me know when there is availability. Throughout my 5 nights stay here, the biggest issue I have is the sound of the door SLAMMING whenever someone leaves their room, they sound like a mini EXPLOSION going out through the hotel daily, especially from 6am to 9am. Horribly poor sound-proof and woke me up several times of the day. Lighting in the room is also pretty dark at night, which is not suitable for ppl who wants to work. Otherwise, room is generally clean, location is great within walking distance to many popular easteries, and the hotel stuff leaves cute towel-art daily after housekeeping.

The Eastin Resort Canggu is a nice hotel for young people. It’s situated at the trendiest Bali area with a lot of restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, SPA, shops and everything you need for variable vacation. Close to the beach. I would like to say, that it’s not a beach resort as all the hotels in this area. The only exception is COMO Uma Canggu. But it’s different price range accommodation. So, this hotel worth it’s price. Very similar to the Aston Canggu by the conception and level. But, for sure, the Eastin Canggu is better one. It’s a sister brand of the ‘U Hotels and Resorts’ brand, with a good similar property in Seminyak, that calls U Paasha Seminyak Bali. If you looking for clean, small, nice, minimalistic hotel in Canggu beach area, where everything in a walking distance - this is a good option with very friendly staff.

Great hotel
Really great hotel, close to beach in Canggu. Little bit of a walk to get around but great if you want to go to Echo Beach, La Brisa and other beach clubs. Dining in the hotel was GREAT! We had dinner 2 nights and breakfast everyday and it was really good. Biggest win for me was the gym. We stay in Bali often and normally it is hard to find a gym with convenience and air conditioned. This was a really important aspect to my husband and I. I would recommend continuing to add variety. Pool was fantastic, very quiet and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for couples rather than families!
