Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz ok. Wir müssten das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht wechseln da der Geruch von der Toilette im Zimmer gerochen hat. Das nächste Zimmer war auch so lala.

Fiyat fayda açısından yine bir çeşme klasiği :(

Giriş aşamasında havuz manzaralı oda seçmemize rağmen yola bakan oda verildi. İndirim yapıldı lakin yine de süreci yönetim açısından çok sağlıklı değildi. Bir sonraki sabah kahvaltı yaptık ama yoğunluk var denilerek 45 dakika bekletildik ki yoğunluk dedikleri 4-5 masa idi. Ekip tecrübesi yok, odalardaki malzemeler sanki yarın sökülecekmiş gibi, bir havuz var ve ona da girmeye korktuk vallahi hijyen açısından. Özet olarak tesis ortalama olmasına rağmen yönetim yoktu, otelcilik işini bilmeyen bir ekip var, yatırıma yazık açıkçası

Wir bitten um eine Entschädigung

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Bei unserer Anreise Um 18:00 Uhr haben wir festgestellt dass wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen haben. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns gesagt das Zimmer wird in 2 Stunden um 20:00 Uhr erst frei 21:00 Uhr haben wir festgestellt dass der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter versucht uns das Zimmer fertig zu machen. Nachdem wir das Zimmer bekommen haben haben wir festgestellt dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde dreckige Bettwäsche benutztte Hygiene Artikel Das Bad war eine Katastrophe Abfluss verstopft Warmwasser nicht vorhanden verdreckt verkalkt beschädigt Armatur US W. Eigentlich ist das Hotel ein neues Gebäude aber es ist sowas von runter gekommen. Wir haben in Erfahrung gebracht dass das Hotel gepachtet wurde und kurz vor eine Übergabe steht deswegen nichts mehr dran gemacht wurde. Wir wollten das Bad die Toilette und sowas nicht benutzen Weil es einfach unhygienisch ist. Wir hatten das Hotel für drei Nächte gebucht bezahlt Aber haben nur 5 Stunden da drinne ausgehalten. Im Zimmer waren Nach unserer Fehlstellung Insekten. Nach der zweiten Kakerlake haben wir das Hotel sofort verlassen. Die erste Kakerlake hatten wir bei der Rezeption gemeldet dieser wurde vom Mitarbeiter entfernt. Die Balkontür konnte man leider nicht abschließen dies haben wir als der Mitarbeiter die Kakerlake entfernt hat mitgeteilt. Der Mitarbeiter hat gesagt das Hotel wäre sicher es wäre ein Wachmann nachts anwesend. habendas Hotel nachts um 3:00 Uhr verlassen und keinen Getrooffen

Onze stopcontacten op onze kamers hingen er uit, bij het bed waren de stopcontacten niet beschermd. Gordijnen haakjes waren kapot. Onze kamer was ook niet schoongemaakt. In de “douche” zaten gekleurde zeep vlekken op de tegels. Ook was alles geroest in de douche. Dit was niet mijn geld waard.

Een prachtig hotel, luxe, modern en kleinschalig. Mooie kamers en erg schoon. Niks op aan te merken. Wel vonden wij het erg prijzig, dus zijn daarom maar kort gebleven.

The hotel has a great building, amazing pool. Nice, new rooms. The staff is helpful. But… Even if it is in their name as “Adults Only” there were little kids screaming in the hotel. Second thing is, you can see “cooked-breakfast is included to your stay” but when you are having your breakfast, they come and ask you if you would like to have a coffee or tea, if you choose coffee, it is extra (25₺). They also ask, “how would you like to have your eggs?” If you want an ommelete, it is extra as well. We got this information while we are checking out and was not expecting. Overall it was a good stay excluding the bill that we recieved while we are checking out.

Otelin klima sistemi çalışmıyordu soğuktan donduk. Banyo suyu sıcak değildi giderden su gitmiyordu odayı su bastı bir daha asla tercih etmem. Oteli yeni aldıklarını söyleyen genç arkadaşlar vardı Kişiler gayet iyiydi ama otelden hiç memnun kalmadık.

Alternatifleri deneyin!

Konum olarak 2 gece konaklama için tercih ettiğimiz otel başarılı mimari yapısına rağmen oldukça vasattı. Ne banyoda havlu asacağı, ne başucu komidini, ne bavul sehpası hiçbir şey yoktu. Oda kartları da olmadığından her odaya giriş çıkışta görevli aradık. Üzerine bir de otel sahiplerinin havuz başında mangal yaparak bizleri duman altına alması efsaneydi. Yine de mahçup ve yardımsever personeli es geçemeyeceğim.
