Bad experience
Room is not what it appear on the website. Quite old. Reception staff was cooperative but other staff was not good. Room service was not good. You have to call 3-4 times even for a bottle of water. Basic amenities were not properly provided as we booked for 4 people. Bathroom was not furnished. They don't have a functioning laundry service either. It's not worth the money.

We have booked for delux room but they provide normal room because they didn't block our room. They told us that expedia is showing us a wrong image. Really its very terrible experincewith your booking.
