Fabulous, Superb, Amazing
Fantastic location, with a short walk to Surfers Paradise restaurants. The views are amazing, 180 degree views from the water ways to city lights and the beach. The accommodation is superb with nothing left wanting. I highly recommend the Ruby Gold Coast.

Nice and cozy apartment
Cozy apartment, quite comfortable, even though it's like around 8 mins walk from Cypress Avenue tram Station but it's walkable. The only thing is that those amenities they suppler(shampoo, body wash) it's properly the smallest tube I have ever seen. Understand that if we call them and ask for more they will give, but their reception close at 5pm and by the time we went back to apartment already 6pm...

One of staff was very unprofessional - rude and never smile. On the google photo page, it shows there are water slides and lots of kids entertainment, but they do not exist - it belongs to the hotel next to it !!! How ridiculous. Please do not mislead customers if you do not have them !!! I am very disappointed as this is one of the main reason that I choose this hotel. The reception hours are very limited. As tourists, we are not in the hotel most of time, it is hard for us to get basic room supplies, e.g. tissue or rubbish bag. There is no instruction on where we can place our rubbish. It takes us three days to find it out as receptions are not available in the morning and evening time and we are not in the hotel. I think the hotel should at least leave a note in the room or tell us when we check in about this basic thing.
