Düzcede kalabileceğiniz en iyi otellerden biri. Arkadaş grubumla konakladım, çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü, olumlu ve yapıcılar. Odalarda herhangi bir sıkıntı yok. Kahvaltıya kalamadığımız için bize sandviç yapmalarını söyledik kırmadılar. Teşekkürler fiyat performans açısından harika bir konaklama geçirdik.

Spa var denildi spa hizmet dışı. Otels.com'dan rezervasyon yaptım ama kredi kartımdan yaptığım ödemen daha az tutarda fatura kesildi. Özellikle bildirmeme rağmen düzeltme yapmadılar. Bir daha bırakın kalmayı kapısından bile geçmem. Uzun lafın kısası problemli bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Temiz, konforlu, iyi bir konumda
Otelin konumu çok iyi ve temizliği gayet iyiydi. Otele giriş yaparken bir beyefendinin bahsettiği sifonun takılması durumu bizde de oldu; sanırım genel bir sorun bu, kontrol edilmesi gerekiyor. Bunun dışında bir sorun yoktu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe (sade ve malzeme kalitesi iyi). Bir daha Düzce’de konaklamam gerekirse tereddüt etmeden kalabilirim.

Huzurlu ve sakin bir otel
Oda sıcaklığı ve yatak rahatlığı gibi her otelden beklenen özellikler memnun ediciydi. Odanın içi temizdi.
Fakat banyosunda bir kaç sorun vardı. Duş başlığı yoktu. Bunun planlanan odanın son anda değişmesinden kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum.
Kahvaltı otelin kalış ücretine göre güzel.
Personel güler yüzlü, yardımcıydı.
İnternet kalitesi yeterliydi.
