Really well located property and a good size with nice set up. We were very happy to be able to self cater as food in Bellagio is over priced and not great. Also, Arianna was very helpful on arrival and during our stay. The only thing we were not happy with is the bedroom having a sheer curtain rather than blockout

This was our first time renting an apartment rather than a hotel. Let me know you-Arianna and her colleagues were so warm and helpful I will never stay any place in Como but here. They recommended restaurants, hikes and activities. The apartment was lovely and had more space than we expected.

This was the first time we rented an apartment rather than a hotel room. We LOVED it! Arianna and her colleagues are so gracious and helpful (more so than many hotels). The location is amazing! There is not a gym or bar like a hotel but the space and washing machine more than make up for it.

Andrea the manager was very helpful. Parking is a breeze and it's right next to the apartments. The apartments are very well maintained, look almost new. Quite comfortable for 3 people. Only 2 things that would make it perfect would be faster WiFi and providing better toiletries (shampoo and soap) in the bathroom.

A home away from home
Amazing stay at this apartment and will definitely stay again when in Bellagio! Perfect for families and group of 4. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Pros: 1. Less than a minute walk to the passenger ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk to the car-passenger ferry terminal. 2. Location - In a sought after location in Bellagio. Near a Church, Pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques and restaurants 3. Staff are so welcoming, helpful and the communication is top-notch. They will go the extra mile to help you out. 4. Price - Value for money! 5. Room Accommodation - Spacious, clean, modern interior, Wifi is very good, kitchen is well equipped, Beds are comfortable, all essentials are there 6. Apartment interior - Refreshed to modern interior Cons: We did not find these as big issues but something to keep in mind… 1) If you have heavy large luggages - be ready for a very short inclined walk. 2) Reception is not manned 24x7 so make sure you know what time they are in and coordinate with them especially if you are checking in late or checking out early or you need new towels/ bathroom essentials Suggestion for the apartment owner: Please have Safe/Safety Box in the rooms
