My experience was really great. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the city. The friendly and helpful staff made it especially special. I had a few unusual requests and they were more than helpful. Nana was a star and really helped me when I asked for directions and other queries. Highly recommended!

The Rooms were really nice and the staff were friendly. Only downside was online it said that you can’t reserve parking spaces & that it is a first come first serve. Upon arrival I parked in their car park to head up to reception where they said the car park was fully booked and I had to move my car and park elsewhere. The closest car park from there was Westfield costing me £16 and then £10 for a cab back to the hotel, this put a real downer on my stay. Luckily we were only staying one night

Eve on reception was lovely and helpful. The room was quirky but had everything you needed. Make sure to settle yourself in bed well as there is only one side to get out of.

I was in London for two nights for business. The hotel has a nice modern decor and the rooms are clean and well-designed with comfortable beds. The wifi worked well. The hotel is not in the center of the city but is a good value for money.
